Bubble Over

Happy Birthday!

As soon as I saw the Bubble Over stamp set I thought of this card.  It went through some revisions once I had a chance to play with it, but it’s almost just as I imagined.   My Stamp Of The Month Club loves this bundle as well and has requested this as one of their upcoming club projects! I am also sharing this fun and simple card that we (demonstrators) made at the OnStage Event last November.

Jar Of Love - Kids Card

Kids Card

A few months ago, one of my Stampin’ Up! Workshop (party) Hostesses wanted to have her friends bring their children.  Although I usually discourage this because I have had my supplies ruined in the past, I decided to give it another try.  Using the Jar of Love stamp set, I created the below card.

To manage the situation, I kept the colors simply and I did not pass out the Fish stamp or Tangerine Tango ink pad until all of the kids had completed the steps using the Pacific Point ink.  The rewards were immediate!  The kids, who were sure they couldn’t create a card anywhere as nice as my sample (sweet right?), were so thrilled to find that they could, in fact, make one as nice and often even better than mine!  The joy and excitement they found in creating with stamps, ink, and paper reminded me why I love what I do.  It’s Fun! Grab the kids and get creative!
