Weight Watchers My Free-Style Life
It’s the last Wednesday of the month so that means it’s time for me to check in with my weight loss progress. As you may remember, I had been struggling a bit. However, things are starting to move in the right direction again.
It isn’t easy to change habits I have had all my life. I struggle with crunchy snacks. Cheetos were always my favorite snack and at some point I did switch to the baked variety, but that isn’t really a good option either. My new habit is Veggie Straws, which is better, yet I would like to cut that back as well.
Here are the new pages I created . . .
For week 27 I lost weight then gained it, plus 1 ounce, back for week 28. Part of the processes is learning to balance....it seems to be a long lesson for me.
Happily I lost consistently for next three weeks! I did have a small gain last week, however, the week was full of busyness which meant I wasn't able to concentrate on healthy choices all the time. Life happens.
Total weight loss so far is 32.3 pounds!
One thing we do in our Weight Watcher meetings is share recipes. Black Bean Brownies is one our (hubby likes 'em too) favorites! Here's a close up of the recipe if you want to try it for yourself.
