Calling all Rubber Stampers, Scrapbookers, & Paper Crafters!  Come find some amazing deals on retired Stampin’ Up! products, as well as other rubberstamp and paper related products from other manufactures.  The items for sale are from multiple people, which means lots of variety!

You are invited to bring your gently used paper crafting products to sell.  In exchange for sales of your products you will receive a gift certificate for future purchase(s) in the new Stampin’ Up! Catalog.  I will be investing in the cost of the hall rental and advertising in local papers, as well as on Craig’s list and other social media to promote the sale.  Please feel free to tell your friends so they can come enjoy the fun! 

 SELLING PARTICIPANT RULES & GUIDELINES

 1)  Your items can be delivered to the location as early as 8 am, however, must arrive before 8:45 am so that you have time to check in and set out your products before we open to the public.

 2)  Customers bringing products to sell may begin shopping once they have set out their items.

 3)  You may only bring Paper Crafting related items to sell (no items regarding fabric, yarn, food preparation, etc).

Acceptable items are, but not limited to, Rubber Stamps,

Scrapbooking, Paper Crafting Tools, and Miscellaneous Accessories

 

4)  All items should be clearly marked with your name and the price, as shown below, and adhered to your products in a way that will not cover the product which could discourage sales.

In Color Collection

2017-18 In Color Collecti0n

It is always fun to see what the new colors are in fashions, but June 1st is the day that Stampin’ Up!^® introduces their new Fashion Colors too!  Now THAT is Exciting!

Here's a Sneak Peak . . .

On April 22^nd I posted some fun card ideas made with the now retired Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper (DSP).  While we are sad to see the beautiful Night Of Navy version leave, I am excited that Stampin’ Up! has brought back the many of the same patterns featuring the New In Colors in the Fresh Florals Designer Series Paper Stack.  There are 40 sheets: 4 each of 2 double sided designs in 5 colors.  Plus now all of the DSP stacks are NOT tear off, but loose pages.  This means there will be no curling that sometimes happened when pulling them off.

I have created five different cards using the New In Colors and DSP Stack.  I realize that blogs don't always show the colors perfectly, but they are close (at least on my computer).

The mat was created by punching 2 shapes out of Gold Foil paper, cutting each in half in opposite directions then adhering to the back (some trimming may be involved to get the desired look).

I used the Whisper White Bakers Twine and colored it Fresh Fig by running it across the ink pad.

Birthday Delivery

Birthday Delivery - Sneak Peak!

Because tomorrow (May 28th) is my birthday,

I thought a sneak peak was in order! 

What a cool stamp set! The different images are so fun.  Although they may seem juvenile at first, they are also nostalgic, which makes them great for a wide range of ages.  The fun part is that there is a bundle with the stamps that includes the Birthday Friends Framelits Dies.  I love a bundle, but this one has a bonus!  The dies will cut out the images on the matching Birthday Memories DSP!

Look how cute the fox is when it is cut out of the DSP and added to the top of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals!  Adorable!  The banner sentiment is perfectly matched to fit inside the banner in the stamp set or the DSP as shown here.  The cute little presents stamped in Sahara Sand are just the right touch for this card. Below that is the back side of the same piece of DSP topped with a piece of Pacific Point card stock stamped with another of the fun sentiments from the set (also in Pacific Point).  I think this card is soooo cute and I can brag about it because it wasn’t created by me. It was a Make & Take by Stampin’ Up! from the OnStage event I attended this last April (yes, it’s hard to keep things quite this long!!). 

I wanted to show you more of the darling DSP with this little cutie.  You will notice that the little girl is facing forward in the DSP, as shown on the card, however, the stamp set image is from the back.  The Framelits will cut her out in both directions should you want to cut out both and have the front and back as part of your project.  The Pacific Point accents with the Powder Pink card base makes his a great card for little girl, or your older (oops!) big sister!

National Scrapbook Day

National Scrapbook Day

As you may have seen during my Facebook live post this week, I am working to ensure that there is always a blog post on Saturday, with future plans to add Monday posts that are strictly scrapbook ideas.  Although we are still in flux with caring for my Mother-in-law, that is the plan…just a TBD plan at this point.  That being said, today’s post has to include a scrapbook page because, after all, it is National Scrapbook day!
