This week I am sharing some of
the wonderful products that we will be saying goodbye to at the end of
May. While you are waiting to see what
will be new, don’t miss your last chance on so many amazing stamps before they
are gone!
I fell in love with the Baby Moon
stamp set the first time I saw it. I
received many beautiful swaps made with this stamp set, however, two of them have
always been my favorites. I liked them
so much I CASE’d (Copy And Stamp Everything) them several times for friends
and friends of friends who needed a baby card.
Today I am going to share those original cards and changes I made
to them.

My take on Pam’s design.
I changed the Gold Glimmer Paper for Champaign Foil Paper and the main color
from Peekabook Peach to Sweet Sugarplum.
I liked that she used Fine Tip Glue pen on all of the stars to make them
shiny…so I did that too!

My take on Judi’s design.
I loved the way Judi colored her background behind the “Moon Baby” so I
tried to copy it – it is pretty close. I
also used part of Pam’s design on this card as well by matting with Gold
Glimmer paper. I Changed the Rhinestone Basics for Metallic-Enamel
Shapes and I added a little more texture to
the card base with the Oh My Stars Textured Impression Embossing Folder.
I changed the sentiment to
one from Teeny Tiny Wishes, the above photos show how I cut down the length of the original shape of the Classic Label Punch. Once I cut the full size piece, I attached it to a small sticky note and slid it back into the punch through the bottom of the punch.
If you don’t have Moon Baby in
your stamp collection, don’t wait too long.
It will be gone on May 31st!
