It’s time for an Extraordinary
Blog Hop with the Global Stamping Friends group!
The challenge was to create posts
that showcase products from the Occasions & Sale-a-bration catalogs because
it really is the Most
Wonderful Time of the Year!
The Hello Cupcake Sale-a-bration
stamp set is adorable and comes with three fun sentiments, ‘sprinkles’ and
miscellaneous accents …and the three cupcake pieces of course! Three pieces you ask? Well, that odd little piece of ‘frosting’ is
to help you fill in the gap of the cupcake paper if you use like I did
below. However, if you want your frosting
to flow over, you don’t need it. Nice
Versatility, right?!
This card also has Dazzling Diamonds
sprinkled over the frosting, it’s a bit hard to see in the photo. That was added by putting thin tiny drops of
the Multipurpose liquid glue over the image and lightly sprinkling the glitter.
I kept looking at the frosting
image and thinking it looked like a hair swirl.
Now without stamp to create an image I am not much of an artist. But I gave it a try and created the face below using Stampin' Blends. It made me giggle so the sentiment from another Sale-a-bration set, Part Of My Story, seemed to fit perfectly! I am sharing so you have the idea, something that I
am certain you can improve upon. FYI -
the beautiful ribbon on this card came with the December Paper Pumpkin kit.
