Color Challenge
It’s time for another Inspire Create Share Blog
Hop! This time we have a fun color
challenge as our theme.
My card features the NEW Limited Edition Blended Seasons Bundle and uses all three
colors, Blackberry Bliss for the card base and in for the sentiment from Hand
Delivered (Hostess set), Costal Cabana for the background (embossed using the Basket
Weave Dynamic Textured Impression Embossing Folder), and Flirty Flamingo is
colored onto the ribbon with a Blends Marker and in the flowers using the Watercolor
Pencils Assortment 2 (also available with Color Your Season promotion).

I colored the white one with a Blends Marker
Because I wanted to have the flowers extend outside
of the cutting area of the medium size label from the Stitched Seasons
Framelits Dies I stamped the flowers from the Blended Seasons stamp set (using Stazon Jet Black ink) onto Whisper White card stock, then positioned the card stock in my
Big Shot ‘sandwich’ so that the top plate was only going to put pressure where
I wanted it to cut.
I also want to point out that the three label dies have
two ‘stitching’ areas. It will add
stitches to the inside of the cut out label, but will also leave stitching lines
around the negative space left on your original piece.
I am in love with this suite and I think you will
